Steamed Milk

I finished the milk scarf. Then I sewed the ends together and turned it into a loop. Then I steamed it. Which I should've done before I sewed the ends together. That would've made it easier to do both.
Looped three times. Super soft.
And Happy St. Patrick's Day, if you're Irish. Happy Big Green Excuse to Drink Day, if you're not but enjoy a tipple. Or a triple. (PS - please don't pinch me; I took this photo yesterday.)

Irish Blessing: May your house always be too small to hold all of your friends.

  1. Carly, it's beautiful! I'm stunned and amazed at how fast you can knit. If I could even knit that pattern, it would have taken me several months to make that scarf.
    Enjoy! It looks smashing!

  3. That looks really lovely. So soft and smoochy.

(Umm... I was talking about the scarf, not you.)

    (Though you look nice too....)

I give up. I'm going now.

  5. It's gorgeous. I hope you had a lovely St. Patty's day. It's usually a big deal at this house (my MIL is 100% Irish) but, the rhino-virus from hell canceled all the festivities.

  7. Such a beautiful scarf, I want one! (Add that to my list of things I'd love to make but will never find the time!)

  8. Beautiful -- I love how thin it is. It looks like a scarf I could actually wear... all the bulky ones that are popular now just dwarf my small frame.
