  102. My movie would be called, "Not What you Expected". My friends describe me as a cross between Mary Poppins and Dexter. It would star Uma Thurman and in the opening scene, you would see me, five months pregnant, singing Christmas carols with my 2yo daughter. The snow is gently falling outside and we are in some sort of plastic green-house. The shot would be tight on our faces and zoom out to show my belly as we laugh and giggle and sing. You see my daughter pop a Christmas cookie in my mouth, as my hands are occupied. As the shot widens, you see that I have blood splatters on my shirt and my hands are covered with blood. This is because I am in the midst of butchering rabbits for our large Christmas feast. The contrast between the sweet, silly songs and cheerful faces, and the task we are undertaking would be intense. This is a true story, we live on a farm, and while pregnant with my third child, I butchered numerous rabbits, chickens, turkeys, and even a few geese. I am excellent at doing this in a very quick and painless manner and feel pretty passionate about being responsible for the lives of the food that I am eating. I think Uma Thurman would be totally killer in this role. Great question!!! (PS-Hope this was not too gruesome).
